Gucci has officially taken over La Rose des Vents in Monaco for the summer.
To mark the 60th anniversary of its iconic Flora motif, the House has transformed the beach club into an immersive extension of one of its most recognizable prints. Originally created in 1966 by Vittorio Accornero at the request of Rodolfo Gucci for Princess Grace of Monaco, Flora has long been one of the brand’s most enduring visual signatures.
Bringing it back to Monaco makes the gesture feel especially full circle. The print was born in the same place, for the same princess, and now returns as both a celebration of heritage and a reminder of how effectively Gucci turns archive into atmosphere.
That is what makes the takeover work. It is not only a branded summer activation, but a reminder that some fashion codes are strong enough to become environments in their own right.
