Fashion wants the room key too.

From Fendi’s private suites to Jacquemus on the beach, luxury brands are moving beyond what we wear and into where we stay.

Fendi operates Fendi Private Suites above its Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana flagship in Rome, offering guests the chance to stay inside the brand’s architectural and design universe. Meanwhile, Jacquemus has transformed Monte-Carlo Beach into a sun-drenched extension of its Mediterranean identity, complete with striped umbrellas, branded loungers, a photo booth and exclusive co-branded beach bags, towels and T-shirts.

The brand also took over the beach at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, where guests can shop a seasonal Jacquemus boutique, play branded backgammon, use custom paddleboards and ride Jacquemus-designed buggies. It is less a pop-up than a fully realised holiday experience.

And it makes perfect sense. Why sell someone a handbag when you can invite them into an entire world? Hospitality turns a brand’s codes into something lived rather than simply bought: the colours, textures, rituals and atmosphere become part of the stay itself.

Fashion isn’t just checking in. It’s making itself at home.
